The Thunder Cats are pleased to announce the leadership group for the Creston Valley Thunder Cats:
Captain – Josh Dalquist ’00 – Defense
Dalquist, from Calgary, AB, is in his 2nd year with the Creston Valley Thunder Cats and 3rd season in the Kooteney International Hockey League. Josh was an Alternate Captain last season and played his midget hockey with the Calgary Northwest Midget AAA Flames. He is a true leader and his presence in the dressing room is irreplaceable.
Alternate Captain – Vin Jackson ’02 – Forward
Local product, and one of few BC Born Thunder Cats, Vin Jackson is in his 3nd full year with the Thunder Cats. A big part of the transition between coaching staffs, Vin treats everybody with respect off the ice, and is a consistent hard worker and skilled player on the ice.
Alternate Captain – Jaden Little ’00 – Forward
One of only two 2000 born players on the Thunder Cats, Jaden is arguably the hardest worker on the ice and is definitely one of the most prominent goaltenders in the KIJHL. Jaden played his midget hockey with Pacific Coast Hockey Academy and NAX, and has played games in the VIJHL, AJHL, SJHL, MJHL and KIJHL.
