Department for Player Well-Being

We are proud to bring an unprecedented amount of attention to the body and mind of our players.  This department’s focus is to revolutionize the physical and mental components of player development and performance and recognize and facilitate the connection between the two.  Body and mind work in synergy, directly affecting each other and sharing the same fuel source.  By not only increasing the overall attention to mental fitness, through a consistent interactive relationship with our well-being coaches but by combining them we hope to achieve our two goals:

1.) Overall individual wellbeing and positive group culture

2.) Maximize peak performance.
